Keto Cheddar Bay Biscuits
2 cups Almond flour
1 tablespoon Baking powder
1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon Onion powder
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Dried parsley
1/4 teaspoon Dried dill
1/4 teaspoon Dried chives
1/4 teaspoon Paprika
1/3 cup Melted butter
2 Large eggs
1/2 cups Shredded cheddar cheese


  1. For best results, line a baking sheet with parchment paper and preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, dried parsley, dried dill, dried chives, and paprika.
  3. Combine the dry ingredients with the melted butter and eggs. Mix thoroughly until the dough combines.
  4. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until evenly distributed throughout the dough.
  5. Scoop approximately 2 tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart. You should get around 10 biscuits.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes or until the biscuits turn golden brown.
  7. Before serving, take them out of the oven and allow them to cool for a while.
