  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 2 cups shredded pepper jack cheese
  • 1 cup chopped fresh spinach
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro (optional)


  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. In a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat, heat the olive oil. Add the chicken breasts and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side until they are browned and cooked through. After taking the chicken out of the skillet, place it aside.
