Ingredients:

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup ground flaxseed
  • 1/4 cup psyllium husk powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a normal loaf pan with parchment paper for easy removal.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, ground flaxseed, psyllium husk powder, baking powder, and salt. Mix thoroughly to ensure that the dry ingredients are evenly distributed.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, melted butter, almond milk, and apple cider vinegar.
  4. Mix the wet and dry ingredients together until a thick batter is formed. Allow the batter to sit for a few minutes to allow the flours and fibers to absorb the liquids.
  5. Smooth the top of the batter in the prepared loaf pan with a spatula.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 45 minutes or until the bread is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
  8. Once cooled, slice into 12 equal pieces.
