Whether you are a seasoned cook or a beginner in the kitchen, resep tumis kangkung pedas is a great dish to try.

To prepare resep tumis kangkung pedas, you will need the following ingredients:

• 1 bunch of kangkung (water spinach)
• 5-6 chili peppers, sliced
• 3 cloves of garlic, minced
• 1 small onion, chopped
• 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
• 1 teaspoon of salt
• 1/2 teaspoon of sugar
• 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
• 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
• 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce (optional)

Follow these steps to prepare resep tumis kangkung pedas:

1. Begin by preparing the kangkung. Rinse the bunch of kangkung under running water, then remove the leaves from the stem. Cut the stems into 2-inch pieces and set aside.
2. In a large pan or wok, heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the sliced chili peppers and cook for 1-2 minutes, or until fragrant.
3. Add the minced garlic and chopped onion to the pan and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, or until the onion is translucent.
4. Add the cut kangkung stems to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until they start to soften.
5. Add the kangkung leaves to the pan and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, or until the leaves have wilted.
6. Season the dish with salt, sugar, and black pepper. Stir well to combine.
7. Add the soy sauce and oyster sauce (if using) to the pan and stir well to combine.
8. Continue to cook the dish for an additional 1-2 minutes, or until the flavors have melded together and the kangkung is cooked to your desired level of tenderness.
9. Remove the pan from the heat and serve the resep tumis kangkung pedas hot.
